Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAPPC6B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAPPC6B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher TRAPPC6B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAPPC6B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, LIHC, and ACC are the cancer types where TRAPPC6B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
