Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC6B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,308 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAPPC6B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1258, EI24, and MRPL49. Each is linked with TRAPPC6B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC6B-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC6B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1258 grouped by TRAPPC6B-low versus TRAPPC6B-high in PRAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC6B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC6B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
