Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAPPC5 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAPPC5 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TRAPPC5 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAPPC5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LSCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LSCC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where TRAPPC5 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
