TRAPPC5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,039 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSEN15, RPS3A, and PTPN22. Each is linked with TRAPPC5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC5-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC5 versus TSEN15 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
