TRAPPC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548AP, NF1P10, and DEFB103A. Each is linked with TRAPPC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC5-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR548AP grouped by TRAPPC5-low versus TRAPPC5-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
