Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAPPC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,838 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of lysosome organization, Negative regulation of NLRP3 inflammasome complex assembly, and Actin filament depolymerization. Each is linked with TRAPPC5 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC5-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC5 results are reported.
