Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAPPC4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAPPC4 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher TRAPPC4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAPPC4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and SARC are the cancer types where TRAPPC4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
