TRAPPC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,543 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS26B, ZPR1, and IFT46. Each is linked with TRAPPC4 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC4-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
