TRAPPC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,603 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOCK2, VWF, and KIAA1217. Each is linked with TRAPPC4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC4-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
