The most reproducible TRAPPC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCF2, PARVG, and TMEM150B. Each is linked with TRAPPC4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC4-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC4 results are reported.
