Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAPPC3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAPPC3 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TRAPPC3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAPPC3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where TRAPPC3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
