TRAPPC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,518 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TXLNA, ADPRS, and YTHDF2. Each is linked with TRAPPC3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC3-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC3 versus TXLNA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
