TRAPPC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,345 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MICU3, TAMALIN, and SLC2A4. Each is linked with TRAPPC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC3-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC3 versus MICU3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
