Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC3 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ naive T-cells, MEP, and Th1 cells. Each is linked with TRAPPC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC3-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC3 results are reported.
