TRAPPC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAPPC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,074 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYB, BEND3, and CRTAP. Each is linked with TRAPPC3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC3-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC3 versus MYB in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
