TRAPPC2P9 expression is associated with patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, TRAPPC2P9 RNA expression shows 869 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight STAD as cancer lineages where TRAPPC2P9 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
