Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAPPC2P10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRAPPC2P10 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher TRAPPC2P10 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAPPC2P10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD are the cancer types where TRAPPC2P10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
