TRAPPC2LP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC2LP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,901 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC2LP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR613, RNU6-512P, and RNU6-1112P. Each is linked with TRAPPC2LP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC2LP1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC2LP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC2LP1 versus MIR613 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC2LP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC2LP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
