Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC2LP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,260 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAPPC2LP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCL_S67, MKI67_S357, and NASP_S480. Each is linked with TRAPPC2LP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC2LP1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC2LP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC2LP1 versus NCL_S67 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC2LP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC2LP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
