Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAPPC2L mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAPPC2L data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher TRAPPC2L mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAPPC2L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and HNSC show a favorable association.

PDAC, HNSC, and COAD are the cancer types where TRAPPC2L mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
