Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAPPC2B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAPPC2B data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher TRAPPC2B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAPPC2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where TRAPPC2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
