Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAPPC12 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAPPC12 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher TRAPPC12 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAPPC12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LUAD show a favorable association.
CCRCC, LUAD, and GBM are the cancer types where TRAPPC12 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
