TRAPPC12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,237 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPLL, RBM45, and TRRAP. Each is linked with TRAPPC12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC12-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC12 versus HNRNPLL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
