Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,522 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAPPC8, SOCS6, and TXNL1. Each is linked with TRAPPC12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC12-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC12 results are reported.
