TRAPPC12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rab25, TFRC, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with TRAPPC12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC12-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rab25 grouped by TRAPPC12-low versus TRAPPC12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
