Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAPPC12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,415 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of kinetochore assembly, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and mRNA destabilization. Each is linked with TRAPPC12 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC12-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC12 results are reported.
