Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAPPC11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAPPC11 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher TRAPPC11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAPPC11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
STAD, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where TRAPPC11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
