Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,865 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAPPC11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RWDD4, ARFIP1, and CDKN2AIP. Each is linked with TRAPPC11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC11-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC11 versus RWDD4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
