TRAPPC11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,001 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC11-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAUS1, SKA1, and C1orf52. Each is linked with TRAPPC11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC11-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HAUS1 grouped by TRAPPC11-low versus TRAPPC11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
