Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAPPC11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,351 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle coating, Vesicle tethering, and Vesicle targeting. Each is linked with TRAPPC11 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC11-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC11 results are reported.
