Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAPPC10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAPPC10 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TRAPPC10 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAPPC10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and SKCM show a favorable association.

BLCA, SKCM, and HNSC are the cancer types where TRAPPC10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
