TRAPPC10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,758 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRAPPC9, PTPN21_S590, and SCAF4. Each is linked with TRAPPC10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC10-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC10 versus TRAPPC9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
