Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,689 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAPPC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBX7, ALOX5, and CDCA7L. Each is linked with TRAPPC10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC10-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC10 versus CBX7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
