TRAPPC10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,730 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB2P1, LMF2, and RHBDD3. Each is linked with TRAPPC10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC10-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYBB2P1 grouped by TRAPPC10-low versus TRAPPC10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
