Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,165 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly, Protein retention in Golgi apparatus, and Mitochondrial proton-transporting ATP synthase complex assembly. Each is linked with TRAPPC1 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC1 results are reported.
