Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,502 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAPPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP9, CCRL2, and TREM1. Each is linked with TRAPPC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC1 versus AQP9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
