TRAPPC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAPPC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPIFA1. Each is linked with TRAPPC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPIFA1 grouped by TRAPPC1-low versus TRAPPC1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
