TRANK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRANK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,972 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRANK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MX2, ARHGAP30, and STAT2. Each is linked with TRANK1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRANK1-to-partner and partner-to-TRANK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRANK1 versus MX2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRANK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRANK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
