TRANK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRANK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,916 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRANK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SELL, IL18RAP, and PLEK. Each is linked with TRANK1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRANK1-to-partner and partner-to-TRANK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRANK1 versus SELL in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRANK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRANK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
