TRANK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRANK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,773 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRANK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZWINT, BCL11A, and EXOSC9. Each is linked with TRANK1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRANK1-to-partner and partner-to-TRANK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZWINT grouped by TRANK1-low versus TRANK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRANK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRANK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
