TRANK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRANK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,159 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRANK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMD1, PRDM7, and AOC2. Each is linked with TRANK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRANK1-to-partner and partner-to-TRANK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GIMD1 grouped by TRANK1-low versus TRANK1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRANK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRANK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
