Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,608 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP14, P3H3, and CRTAP. Each is linked with TRAM2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAM2-to-partner and partner-to-TRAM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAM2 versus MMP14 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
