Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,807 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKBP11, IGKV1-9, and ITK. Each is linked with TRAM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAM2-to-partner and partner-to-TRAM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAM2 versus FKBP11 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
