TRAM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Src_pY527, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with TRAM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAM2-to-partner and partner-to-TRAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Src_pY527 grouped by TRAM2-low versus TRAM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
