Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBLN4. Each is linked with TRAM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAM2-to-partner and partner-to-TRAM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBLN4 grouped by TRAM2-low versus TRAM2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
