The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher TRAM1L1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAM1L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and LUAD are the cancer types where TRAM1L1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
