Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAM1L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 189 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAM1L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TM9SF1, BMF, and MEOX2. Each is linked with TRAM1L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAM1L1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAM1L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAM1L1 versus TM9SF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAM1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAM1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
