Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAM1L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,034 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAM1L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Autophagosome assembly, and Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with TRAM1L1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAM1L1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAM1L1 results are reported.
