Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,299 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ60, RPL36AP55, and RPL12P45. Each is linked with TRAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAM1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ60 grouped by TRAM1-low versus TRAM1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
