Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,379 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear membrane reassembly, Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport, and Retrograde protein transport, ER to cytosol. Each is linked with TRAM1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAM1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAM1 results are reported.
